Thuya Neutralizer Cream

Thuya Neturalizer Cream is Step 2 in Brow Lamination Treatment. 

Thuya Neutralizer Cream is formulated to lower the pH level of the hair back to its normal range, effectively closing and repairing the cuticle layer and locking in the new shape of the hair. Additionally, the conditioning agents in the neutralizer cream help keep the hair soft and silky.

Processing time for eyebrows is 10-15 minutes, depending on the texture of the eyebrow hair.

Processing time for eyelashes is usually 15 to 20 minutes, depending on their texture.

Please note: Processing times for steps 1 and 2 (Thuya Permanent Gel and Neutralizer Cream) are the same.
